Dreaming of A Luxury Condominium in Miami or South Beach
As a business person that owns several businesses, there is one thing that I have learned through the years and that is to set goals. Setting personal and business goals helps to realize where you are going in life so you can work hard to achieve it. So, with the end of the year drawing near, I started thinking about the goals I want to realize in the next year to 10 years and one of then is buying a second home in the Miami area. Since I want to actually place a picture on my dream board, I started scoping out luxury condo’s in the South Beach area.
I love watching the House Hunters shows and they often feature the gorgeous Miami condos which is where I got the idea that retiring in a luxury condo would be a real treat. I found an amazing website that is a great source for oceanfront condos and waterfront estates and I knew I had to share it with you. They have a beautiful luxury oceanfront condo at Bellaria which is in Palm Beach. This condo is an new build with 15th century charm and the interiors look amazing. I think it would just be a thrill to live right on the beach!
The Seaside Properties Group at Douglas Elliman website also has fabulous listings of amazing properties like the luxury oceanfront condos at Apogee in South Beach. That is a dream location and I would love to someday own a property in a building like this… Impressive!
The luxury oceanfront condominiums at Apogee on South Beach is a dream building. The condos range from 3000 – 6000 square feet and are loaded in luxurious extras. I am in heaven and have grabbed a photo for my Dream Board.
Do you have a dream location that you would like to live? If it is in the Miami area, you have to check out the site for some beautiful properties that you can dream about too or if you are like me. Now I better get to work or start playing the lottery more.
