As you all know…I love to cook, bake and spend time in my kitchen and today I get to introduce you to a fabulous company called Golden Age Cheese. This company is based out of the great state of New York and has been in business since 1983. They produce and sell several different varieties of 100% all natural cheese! My Review: The company sent me their Mild and Melty Cheese Gift Box to review for all of you. This 3-piece cheese set includes: 1 lb. Mozzarella Cheese, 1 lb. Swiss Cheese and 1 lb. Colby Jack Cheese and guess what? I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Colby Jack Cheese! It all comes nicely packaged in a gift box and is ready for gift-giving!

The three cheese in this gift assortment are perfect for the person who loves to cook and/or entertain. They are “mild” cheeses, so you can add them into your favorite recipes or just slice them up and enjoy.

We had a little get-together here at our home last month to honor the recent passing of a beloved family member. I decided to slice up the Swiss Cheese and the Colby Jack Cheese and place them on my cheese & fruit tray for serving to my guests.

Both of these cheeses were FRESH and had a wonderful cheesy taste to them. Some of my guests just snacked on the cheese and others used some of the slices on sandwiches that we made. Regardless, the cheese was absolutely perfect!

We used the Mozzarella Cheese a few days later in an Italian Stuffed Shells Dinner that my husband prepared. He is full Italian and boy…he can cook up tasty Italian dishes like you wouldn’t imagine! He is really picky about his Mozzarella Cheeses and this one…got the big 2-thumbs up by him! Our stuffed shells were delicious and I give all of the credit to the Golden Age Cheese Mozzarella and to my hubby, of course!
