My son is the seafood lover in our family and he chose to try out the Gorton’s Battered Fish Filets. I was thinking of a fun way to serve these and thought that a Fish Taco or Burrito would be a great tasting alternative for a quick and easy meal. So we whipped some up!
It is easy to just add some fish to a tortilla of either corn or flour, toss on some lettuce or cabbage, add some dressing like 100 Island or your favorite tartar sauce, a touch of lime juice and a bit of cilantro. You have a light and fresh tasting, healthy meal that is super fast to pull together too! That is what I am talking about!
