Our Thoughts: This wonderful children’s DVD is geared towards children (mainly girls) who are between the ages of 2 and 7 years of age. The total approximate running time of the DVD is 61 minutes so each episode is approximately 12 to 13 minutes in length, perfect for this age group.
Our 3 1/2 year old Princess Gia absolutely loves Angelina Ballerina and anything that has to do with her. Angelina is one of her favorite cartoon characters and I appreciate that Angelina Ballerina is a good role model for young girls. All of the story lines in these 5 episodes are fantastic! They teach your young girls important life lessons about forgiving, loving, caring and sharing. They teach these life lessons in a fun and entertaining way that preschoolers can understand.
One of the things I love about the Angelina Ballerina series is that there is absolutely NO violence and they do not teach our children to live in a fantasy land. I like that the episodes are short and sweet, but yet very entertaining and educational. These are exactly the type of DVDs and Videos our young girls should be watching and this DVD gets the HUGE 2-thumbs up by me! Furthermore, Princess Gia loves all 5 episodes but if she had to pick a favorite, it would be “Angelina’s Nature Dance”.
