Just like any little girl, Princess Gia loves to play with dolls and just like any little girl, she has a lot of dolls to play with. I often catch her playing house, school, babysitter and nanny with all of her dolls and it’s a play time activity that she really enjoys.

The company sent Princess Gia their gorgeous “Happy Holidays to American Girl Dolls” 4-piece doll clothing set to review. We are in the process of moving to our new house so most of Princess Gia’s dolls are packed up for moving. However, I did find one doll (not an American Girl Doll) to try this beautiful holiday outfit on. So, even if your little girl doesn’t own any American Girl Dolls, this outfit might work for their other dolls too!
Description of the 4-Piece Holiday Outfit: (from company’s site) – This American girl doll is wearing a 4 piece Holiday outfit. The jacket, skirt and purse are winter green cotton with small holly leaves which are trimmed in gold with small red holly berries. The top is a sleeveless halter style made from gold metallic material. The jacket is accented with the gold metallic material. The skirt features a ruffle hemline. The outfit comes with a matching purse.
As soon as I took the outfit out of the package, I was immediately impressed with it’s quality. The fabric is really nice and I appreciate that they used hook & loop closures and easy-tying fasteners. Princess Gia is not really good with buttoning yet, so these types of fasteners are really easy for her to operate.
Within minutes, she had this new doll outfit on one of her dolls. She had no problems getting it on and it fits her doll perfectly! The sewing work is impeccable, no crooked seams, no loose stitches…just impeccable! Now her dolly has a special outfit for the holiday season!
