Easy Homemade Chili Soup Recipe

October 30, 2012 by Classystaff

I love chili so I am always looking for different ways to get that awesome chili flavor without making chili all of the time. I have had this recipe for years and it is super easy to make. It will work for you when the weather is cold and nasty or you just want something quick to make for dinner. This soup will fit right in. You probably even have the ingredients in the house too! Pair it with some corn bread or crusty french bread and dinner is done.

Easy Chili Soup Recipe

1 lb Ground Beef
1/2 onion diced
1 15oz can tomato sauce
3 cans of water
1 package of Chili seasoning
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 pound macaroni, uncooked
1/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Directions:
Brown the beef and onions and then skim the fat. Add in tomato sauce, seasoning mix, water, bullion cube. Bring it to a boil and add the macaroni. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve in bowls topped with cheese and additional onion or sour cream if desired.

Sounds so good today I think we are having this for dinner!
