6 Tips for Buying a Home in Pasadena

If any major problems are found, you can either walk away or use those problems to negotiate a lower price.

5. Never offer a home owner the full price that they are seeking. It is advisable to always offer less and then negotiate back and forth to come up with the perfect purchasing price.

6. From start to finish, you should be getting everything in writing as you go along. You can refer back to those written documents as needed throughout the process. Once you have made an offer that has been accepted, get updated written documents for your records.
