About 10 years ago, my husband and I took a 2 1/2 week trip to London and had the time of our lives. We enjoyed our trip and are now considering traveling back to London in Spring 2013 to celebrate our 24th Wedding Anniversary.
When we traveled to London 10 years ago, we did a lot of research on London Apartments. A friend of ours had visited London the year before and she opted to rent an apartment as it was more affordable than hotel lodging, so upon her recommendation, we rented two different London Apartments for our trip.
Now that we are considering traveling back to London again, we have been busy checking out all of our lodging options again and will definitely stay in a London Apartment.
We found a really cool London Apartment Service online that is owned by Robert and Polly Arnold who have lived in London all of their lives and have raised their family there. They have apartments available in central London, the City and the Docklands so if you are traveling to those areas, consider contacting them.
They will draft up a list of what you are looking for in a London apartment and then schedule a viewing appointment with you. They will personally accompany you on the viewing appointment and show you the apartments that meet your criteria. Having them go with you is a great way to learn about the area, the sites and the attractions from someone who lives there.
The couple has 22 years of experience helping others find the perfect apartment to stay in during their trip to London. This experience can help you to have a more enjoyable trip!
You can find apartments that are suited for the casual traveler, business/corporate traveler or apartments that are totally geared towards families. When I travel, I prefer to stay in apartments or condominiums as I am just more comfortable having more space to roam in and I find that often times, it is more affordable.
I would love to know if any of you have ever traveled to London and if so, what kind of sites and attractions did you enjoy seeing and doing? I would love to get some recommendations from all of our blog readers, so please feel free to leave your comments below. Thanks!
