I have been a huge soft pretzel lover since I was a little girl and as I have gotten older, my love for the soft, chewy goodness of soft pretzels has grown. These days you can find soft pretzels in a wide variety of flavors, so that you never get bored with the classic.
I was recently sent a box of the new Sweet Cinnamon Soft Pretzels to review for all of you from the great folks over at SuperPretzel. When it comes to soft pretzel flavors, cinnamon & sugar is one of my favorites!
All of the SuperPretzel products are preservatives-free, cholesterol-free and have no trans fat! You store your SuperPretzel’s in the freezer and then when you want a snack, you can either bake them in the conventional oven or microwave them which only takes a few seconds.
You can eat your SuperPretzel’s plain (as they come) or dip them into your favorite dips, sauces and/or salsas. I am pretty much a traditional girl and love them plain (as-they-come) but hubby loves his dunked in honey mustard or salsa.
Last week the family was here for family movie night so I microwaved all 6 of the SuperPretzel Sweet Cinnamon Soft Pretzels for them. Each soft pretzel only took 30 to 40 seconds in my microwave and they were done. You then can moisten your soft pretzel with a little water and sprinkle the cinnamon on top. (that is how we did ours and the little packet of cinnamon is included in the box).
Within a few minutes, my family had devoured all of them and I was really lucky that I got one for myself. The soft pretzels were indeed soft, chewy and very flavorful. My entire family LOVED the new Sweet Cinnamon flavor and it’s already on my grocery store list! Yeah!!!!
