It’s that time again, time for me to feature another great product that hubby and I received for our home remodeling projects! I hope you all have been enjoying these home remodeling products and reviews, just as much as we have!
My hubby has been wanting some automatic, wireless outdoor lighting to put around the back of our house near the deck, on the deck and in our outdoor Florida sun room. For the review, we received a motion sensing deck light in a pretty pewter finish. It also comes in bronze and white for those who prefer those two colors.
This wonderful Motion Sensing Deck Light can be mounted on your deck, shed, or home to provide accent lighting and motion security for walkways and outdoor living areas. Let’s take a look at all of it’s awesome features, you are going to be impressed!

* It features a weatherproof design and guess what? It’s bug-proof too! It can be used indoors or outdoors.
My hubby removed the deck light from the package after spending two or three minutes reading the package directions. He then inserted the 3 C sized alkaline batteries (not included) that it needed. They estimate that the battery life to be 1 year running 12 hours a night on alkaline batteries with up to 14 triggers per night in low light level setting. Wow, talk about cost efficient!
Once the batteries were in, he followed the directions for adjusting the time and light level. You don’t have to adjust things if you don’t want, but he decided to adjust them to suit our needs. He then installed the mounting plate using the provided screws and then installed the front cover by lining up the keyholes & sliding the unit down. Quick and Easy! He then installed the locking screw (included) through the bottom of the unit to prevent removal.

Final Thoughts: We couldn’t be happier with our new Motion Sensing Deck Light! It is really attractive looking and was super quick & easy to install. We love that it’s waterproof and bug-proof so we can use it basically anywhere we wanted to use it! It gives us the light that we need without it being too dim or too bright. Another plus…it did NOT attract any bugs at night! Yeah! We really love this deck light and wouldn’t mind having several more of their fabulous products for our new house! Fabulous stuff!
