Mia Mariu Mineral Makeup
One of my favorite things to play with is makeup and cosmetics. Because of all of the different types of cosmetics I get the sample and try I have found the coolest products. One of those items is fast becoming quality mineral makeup. The changes in the products over the past few years is remarkable and I am excited to share some products with you that made me a very happy lady.
I have been moving more and more into mineral and natural based products in my makeup and cosmetics for the past few years. I could not wait to get the products that I chose from Mia Mariu. I received three products to review : The Liquid Mineral foundation in Trigo; the New PERFECTING FINISH Mineral Primer and their Volumizing and Lengthening Mascara Black.
Without further ado, I have to say that this primer and the foundation is the Bomb! WOW. I used the primer first as it is made to be used as the under coat to the foundation. Theirs is loaded with antioxidants and botanicals and it smoothed my skin in a beautiful manner. I then applied the Foundation, which is the first one that I have gotten online that actually worked perfectly with my skin tone, and mine is tough to match so YAY for that!
The foundation comes in a pump bottle so just a tad comes out at one time. I really love that feature. The foundation is rich and it covered beautifully! I like a medium to heavy coverage and this did the job. If I want it heavier, I can apply it heavier without it looking cakey and dry. These products for me are a keeper! In love!
The Mascara I was interested in trying again because I am looking for something without a lot of chemicals that will give good coverage and some volume to my skinny eyelashes. Right out of the tube this product was super nice. You know how mascara will glob up and clump when you start a new tube sometimes? This was very lovely straight out. I did have to apply several coats to get the thickness and volume I wanted, but it added a nice length and some curl to my lashes. It lasted the entire day and it was super simple to remove and that was nice. I really like this.
