When our daughter was younger, she loved going to summer camp as soon as school left out for the year. She loved that she could camp, hang out with her friends, go swimming, boating and she loved all of the arts & crafts too!
This past summer, my brother sent both of his boys to Summer Camps For Teenagers. My nephew Cam is 13 and my nephew Will is 14…they were lucky that they were able to go to summer camp together.
Over the weekend, the boys came down to visit me and brought along their scrapbooks that they made at summer camp. It was fun looking at all of their pictures and at all of the super cool things that they got to do.
They went white water rafting, row boating, kayaking, rock climbing, hiking, camping, learned fishing and how to do archery. Wow, that was one jam-packed two weeks at summer camp for both boys!
After looking at their scrapbook that they had made, they both told me that they are looking forward to next summer, so they can go to summer camp again. I am really glad that the boys had a great first-time summer camp experience.
