Dermagist Hydropeutic Body Lotion
My skin is always dry. It isn’t quite so bad in the summer but in the winter it is terrible. I always buy a ton of lotions and go through them rather quickly since I use so much and because some are decidedly better than others. I am happy to share with you a new product from the Dermagist folks that has become a beautiful solution to my dry skin. It is called Hydropeutic Body Lotion and I think you are going to like it.
Dermagist, the makers of the well known Dermajuv, has long been known for their great skin care solutions for problem skin such as acne, wrinkles, anti-aging products and more. They have expanded their product line to include some lovely body care products too and I was happy to try this out to see how it works for me.
The Hydropeutic Body Lotion was formulated with all kinds of lovely ingredients that help tp hydrate, firm and sooth skin. They combined green and white tea for soothing and antioxidant properties with Sesaflash protein for its instant-effect properties along with a nice blend of moisturizing and soothing ingredients like shea butter, chamomile, tangerine oil and lavender oils. I love the container it comes in; a cool metal pump bottle.
The lotion is a nice consistency that is not too thick nor is it runny. It has a nice scent from the oils, so a bit of lavender with a hint of citrus. I like that it is not over powering because lavender is not one of my favorite scents. I am much more a citrus scent kinda gal. The lotion is not greasy at all and it soaks in really quickly. It is nice to see my skin looking hydrated and feeling soft.
I have been using this lotion for a week or so on my arms and legs, where I get really dry skin and my torso too. It feels so nice going on. The metal bottle keeps the lotion feeling a bit cool and it is a refreshing feeling. My skin is enjoying the nice hydration and I am enjoying the soft smooth skin I am getting with the Dermagist!
I did spy a another lotion on their site that I am going to try out next. The Foot & Heel Revitalizing Cream a looks like it is right up my alley as far as targeted hydration. I need that one for sure after wearing sandals and flip flops all summer!
