Delicious Gourmet Homemade Cookies by Country Cupboard Cookies
Ever since I was a little girl, I have always been a huge homemade cookie fan! That’s right folks, I would rather sit around and snack on soft, chewy cookies than eat potato chips, pretzels, cakes and ice cream. I am a total cookie girl!
Today, I get to introduce you to the company called Country Cupboard Cookies who makes delicious tasting gourmet homemade cookies! When you shop their online store, you will find classic cookie varieties like chocolate chip, snickerdoodle and oatmeal raisin to name just a few. With that said, they have some awesome less-common cookie flavors like cranberry white chocolate, cowboy cookies, decadent triple chocolate chunk and many more!
Oh my gosh…my mouth waters and my eyeballs enlarge to super-sized saucers when I am on their site! Oh…as a cookie loving girl, their site is pure heaven to me!
The company sent me a 16 cookie assortment to try out for all of you and it arrived in a beautiful gift box with a bow! I carefully opened my gift box and could NOT wait for another second to try out one of those delicious looking cookies!
I received: cranberry white chocolate, oatmeal walnut raisin, walnut chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, old fashioned vanilla, ginger chocolate chunk, peanut butter chocolate chip and chocolate chip. Each flavor comes separately packaged to 2 cookies in a pack.
These cookies are a really nice size and are not dainty nor small. They were all chewy, flavorful and delicious! I don’t like rock-hard cookies and these cookies were just right!
I ate the entire 2-cookie pack of the cranberry white chocolate to myself! That’s right, I wasn’t sharing them! However, the next day, I toted my box of gourmet cookies into my great aunt’s assisted living facility to share them with her. When I was a little girl, she was ALWAYS baking me big batches of fresh cookies. Now that she can no longer bake or get-around, I felt it was my duty to share the cookies with her.
We wheeled auntie outside to the gazebo and brought the cookies & coffee with us. We sat out there for a good 90 minutes or so with her and enjoy eating them. By the time we left the assisted living facility, there were only 2 cookies left and she insisted that I give them to her favorite nurse. Nurse Silvia was more than happy to snatch the pack of cookies and devour them during her break. ha!
Seriously though, these cookies were absolutely delicious! There was NOT a bad flavor in the bunch! They tasted like the kind of chewy & soft cookies that your mother and grandmother used to bake! We give them a HUGE 2-thumbs up!
