After five car wrecks in my life, a few of them major, my neck and back is kind of trashed. Sitting at a desk hours and hours a day can sure be a pain in the neck, literally! I occasionally use a heating pad when my neck starts to crack and give me pain, but that doesn’t help much when a cool compress is a better treatment. So when I got the opportunity to check out a hot and cold pack wrap combination, I was excited.

For today’s review, I selected the Fresh Aromatherapy Hot & Cold Pack. This is a wrap style pack, that can go into the freezer or the microwave to give you the help you need. It is lightly scented with Eucalyptus, Rosemary and Lemongrass to comfort and calm the senses while you are getting relief. The aromatherapy helps to calm and relax you while you are enjoying the relaxing moist heat of cold pack on your tender areas.
These Aromatherapy Hot & Cold Packs are filled with 100% natural grain, herbs and flowers. The one I got wraps around your neck and contours to any body part. You can lay it flat on your body to soothe your aches or even lay it across your head to help with headaches and migraines.
I love this pack because it can be heated quickly in the microwave for warmth or thrown in the freezer to get nice and cold. The Aromatherapy Hot & Cold Pack will hold the heat or cold for quite a long time and it can be reused over and over again. I have been using it cold on my neck in the evening after work and it feel so awesome. Lately I have been getting a lot of stress headaches low in my head and this wrap has been helping a lot to reduce the pain.
My husband has had a broken back and severe neck issues and this wrap has really relaxed his tight muscles and he is totally in love with it. I have to actually purchase another one because he has been using it when I want to and sharing one is not feasible in the least! I used to have one similar to this, but it doesn’t work anymore. They are wonderful for all sorts of pain. I think I’ll look into one for this winter.
Oh I would love to have one of these. Just heating the wrap up for my aching neck would feel so good and I love that you can use it right out of the freezer which would work so well for my headaches. This is a product I am definitely going to have to get.
I really appreciate this info. I have spurs and arthritis in my neck. This one sounds ideal for that area. Then there is the arthritis in my knees and thumbs/wrists. You can see why I am interested in these products.
Thanks for the great information, I’m glad to hear that this is available at major retailers! I love that it works both hot and cold and the shape looks like it will contour and fit to any and all needs easily! Plus, it might be nice for those cold winter nights to heat me up!

Thanks for this review. My 25 year old daughter has a shoulder implant due to having had Bone Cancer few years back. It’s only now she has tightness in her neck and arm. We’ve tried many things but this looks like something that would be comfortable for her and not feel intrusive. I’m off to see their site. Thanks again.
