A Tip for Title Agents That Want to Go From Local to National By Using Mandrien

September 5, 2012 by Classystaff

I have been noticing a lot of homes for sale again in my town and what is interesting is that they are actually selling within a short amount of time. Another interesting thing is that there is several new construction homes and developments restarting some building on a small scale as well. In a county that was in the national news for the horrific crashes in home value in the past few years, I am hesitant but happy to say seeing some recovery is nice. My brother, who is a mortgage title agent, is also seeing a slight increase in new home sales. In fact, they are seeing enough of an increase that he is looking into expanding their title company nationwide.

There is a consulting group out of New York called Mandrien Consulting Group that focuses its core business on assisting title companies on a strategic plan to embrace the web, social media and start developing a plan to grow their companies from a local business to a national brand that can assist homebuyers and homeowners in multiple states. My brother has always had a dream to grow the business, but never had the resources or the contacts to assist with the growth plan until he heard about Mandrien. Here is a great tip if you are a title agent looking to do the same. They have a 3 step plan that lays out exactly what is needed to do to reach the goal.

One of the things that they offer that intrigues my brother is that within a 8 week period, he can be licensed in 40 states, have a solid working plan in place that works with online and digital marketing and be completely compliant too. This is very exciting for him especially with the market seemingly on the upswing. He at least feels that regardless of the market, he is in a position with some assistance to grow his own business and is looking forward to the expansion.

I am glad that your brother feels he is doing well enough to expand his business. Slow but steady improvement in home sales and construction is the key to economic growth
