A lot of women complain that it is hard for them to shop for holiday gifts for men and trying to find affordable gifts, is even harder. Well today, we have some affordable holiday gift ideas for men to share with all of you!
1. Almost all men shave and/or groom their bodies, so purchasing a well-stocked shaving & grooming kit makes for a practical and affordable gift! If the guy on your list loves to travel, opt for the travel-sized shaving kits and if he doesn’t travel often, go for the full-size kits.
2. Men seem to love gifts that have to do with their cars and trucks. Consider purchasing the guy on your gift-list a complete “car care” kit! If your man isn’t into washing and waxing his own car, get him gift cards to the local car wash shop!
3. During those cold and icy days when men seem to get stuck indoors, they need something to keep them entertained. You can put together a nice “Movie Time” gift ensemble for that hard-to-buy guy on your gift-giving list. Purchase a DVD or two, and stuff them into a large serving bowl with a few bags of microwave popcorn.
4. If the man on your list is a sports fan consider purchasing him tickets to his favorite sport’s teams game! If that is out of your budget, look for his favorite team’s sports jersey, hat, t-shirt or fleece throw blanket. All of these sports theme gifts will be well appreciated by the guy in your life.
5. All men love to eat and if you know what kind of food your man loves, consider purchasing him gift cards to his favorite restaurant, take-out joint or local sports bar. If you are on a really tight budget this year, look for 1/2 price restaurant gift cards online.
Men are not always hard to buy for when you learn a little bit about their interests and stick with the typical things that guys tend to love. Affordable gifts can be found when you shop ahead for those gifts, instead of waiting until the last minute to make your purchases.

I really love these holiday gift ideas! I’ve always taught my children that it’s not how much money you spend on a gift, it’s the thought that goes into it. I feel that a “homemade” gift truly shows that it comes from the heart. This economy has also shown me that whether its time spent with loved ones, or giving gifts from the heart are the things that really matter most.
This is great advice! It is always hard to shop for Men, they seem to have everything and thinking up something new can be a challange!
