I love the thought of yoga but honestly it is not something that I feel I can do very well. I do have a beginners DVD that I used to work out with and just got too busy to continue and whatever other excuse that I can find. I really enjoyed it and thought about working out with yoga again so I was happy to review the Shiva Rea Core Yoga Fitness DVD from Acacia Lifestyle. Shiva Rea Core Yoga is a beautiful DVD that is for someone that knows yoga and has been working out with it. This is not for a beginner but someone that has a bit more experience in many yoga moves and knows the names of them. Shiva Rea is an amazing teacher. I love watching her fluid moves and the amazing stances that she creates. This DVD focuses on your core and the No Crunches way to flat abs. Acacia put three popular Shiva Rea programs — Creative Core Abs, Creative Core + Lower Body, and Creative Core + Upper Body on a single DVD with Shiva’s yoga matrix so you can choose to work out and mix-and-match all 7 segments. They are all different time lengths and work on lengthening your muscles and body through beautiful moves and deep breathing. Of course the music is so soothing and lovely. I almost want to just play the DVD for the peaceful sounds.
I can do this. I can do this… but I need to work on the easy moves first. So I will dig out my beginner Yoga DVD and re start my workouts. But if you love yoga, this is a lovely workout that you will surely enjoy. I love the DVD’s from Acacia as they are great quality DVDs with great workouts. And the prices are awesome too!
