I have high cholesterol and triglycerides and have been advised by my doctor to take omega 3 fish oil. She tells me it can make for a healthy heart. I want to do everything I can to ensure a healthy heart. I was asked to review omax3 Ultra Pure Omega-3 Supplements. I ordinarily take the fish oil at night because I hate burping up that nasty fishy taste. omax3 claims that if taken as directed their supplements will not give you “fish burps”. I dreaded taking them in the morning but decided I could stand it for one day even if it did not work like they said. I took the two softgels with my breakfast and waited for the yucky part of my test. Well, guess what, I did not get the fish burps or the taste of fish all day.
