Today we have another great addition to our End of Summer Entertaining Blog Event and would like to introduce you to the company called FusionBrands. This company markets and sells a lot of very unique and creative kitchen products and tools.
The company sent me their IceOrb® Vertical Ice Tray to review for all of you. This product is very versatile! You can use it to make and hold ice cubes, serve as a chill collar around wine bottles, hold ice cream, yogurt or your favorites dips that you want to keep chilled.
This product is the first vertical ice tray to hit the market that will make, store and serve ice cubes. How cool is that? Totally cool! This IceOrb will make 21 ice cubes and will store up to 51 ice cubes at a time. It is made of BPA-FREE durable plastics and is really easy to use!
The entire thing is really compact, it stands 6″ tall by 5″ in diameter so it takes up very little space…much less space than a traditional ice bucket! Clean up is a snap because it’s top-rack dishwasher safe. (although I have been hand-washing mine after use).
I do a lot of entertaining and I needed something like this IceOrb years ago! Since receiving it, I have used it to keep a bottle of wine cold, a bottle of champagne cold and have used it to keep veggie dip, spicy salsa and chip dip cold. No matter what I have used it for, it has worked perfectly!
It comes with a lid so if you want to cover your foodie contents or ice, just place the lid on top and seal things up. I love the lid because if I am entertaining outdoors, I don’t want any nasty critters getting into our dips/salsas! I think this is an ingenious product and totally love it!
