Digital Blood Pressure Monitoring System by Ozeri

Today I would like to introduce you to the company called Ozeri who makes a high-quality line of lifestyle products for the modern home. When you shop at Ozeri you will find digital bathroom scales, digital kitchen scales, ceramic cookware, salt and pepper mills, thermo glassware, digital pedometers and so much more!

I have reviewed several products from the great folks over at Ozeri the past few months and today, I am reviewing their fabulous CardioTech Pro Series Digital Blood Pressure Monitor. Before I start to tell you all about this great product, I do want to disclose that in my former career, I was an OR nurse. I am very well versed in Hypertension and how important it is to monitor your blood pressure.

The Digital Blood Pressure Monitor is portable, accurate and simple-to-use thanks to it’s easy on/off wrist cuff design. The new MWI (Measure While Inflate) technology is built-in and you get an accurate reading quickly & easily. It will store a total of 180 blood pressure readings for up to 2 people. It features an automatic WHO Hypertension indicator which is really nice for those people who are not sure where their blood pressure should be. It totally takes the guess-work out of it.

It has push-button access to average blood pressure calculation and irregular heartbeat (Arrhythmia) detection. This is equally as important to check as checking for your blood pressure. It comes with a 5 year warranty and trust me, Ozeri stands behind that warranty! The entire unit is compact, discreet and comes packaged in a reusable plastic storage box.

Our Thoughts: My husband suffers with high blood pressure and that is partly because he is 30 to 40 lbs. overweight plus the stress of his job. He has been on prescribed blood pressure medication for the past 4 1/2 years. Monitoring his blood pressure every few days has been a part of our routine for the past couple of years.

I have the standard stethoscope and blood pressure cuff which I have been using on him which gives me accurate readings. With that said, it can be a real pain in the butt to use and hubby can not take his blood pressure himself. We wanted to try something new and something that hubby could operate on his own.

The Ozeri Digital Blood Pressure Monitor was the answer to our prayers! I can take his blood pressure for him or he can wrap it around his wrist and take it himself. For the past week I have been taking his blood pressure every day with the Ozeri Blood Pressure Monitor and when I am done, I get out my stethoscope and blood pressure cuff to double check for accuracy.

Well, I got the results! I have taken his blood pressure on 8 different ocassions and compared the two and each & every time…the Ozeri Digital Blood Pressure Monitor was 100% accurate! Wow! I was really expecting to see a slight difference but personally, I didn’t see any. I love how easy it is to use and it’s super accurate too!

We love how it will automatically store a total of 180 blood pressure readings. I can accurately keep track of what his readings were/are and if I want to check on my own, I can do that too! It’s super small & compact and since we travel a lot, we can take it with us. We absolutely LOVE this blood pressure monitor and I am so glad that we have it!
