Today we would like to introduce you to a cleaning product called Original Krud Kutter which is a concentrated cleaner/degreaser and stain remover. This product is non-toxic and safe for indoor/outdoor use. This product can be used for many applications around and inside your home like: food/drink stains, to remove latex paint, remove tape residue, bird droppings, smoke damage, grease & oil, crayon & marker, pet stains, tree sap, fireplace soot, blood stains, tar & wax, soap scum, shoe polish and so much more!
This product was named as the “Best Cleaner in America” by the great folks over at Reader’s Digest. It is biodegradable and water-based. It’s a concentrated formula which you simply dilute down with household tap water. It is recommended for use with pressure washers and carpet cleaning machines.
I have been telling you all for the past several weeks how my husband and I purchased an older house about 2 1/2 years ago which we are gutting and remodeling it. We are hoping to move into it come September 1st. The home we bought has old aluminum siding on it which we need to get clean because hubby hired a company to come paint the siding within the next couple of weeks. If you look at the photo to the left, you can see how dirty and terrible that siding is! ewwww!
We received the Original Krud Kutter and we knew immediately that we were going to try this non-toxic cleaner on our aluminum siding. We had some stains, algae, mildew and a little mold on the siding that we needed to get off. We diluted down the concentrate according to package directions and simply used a spray bottle to spray it onto our siding. Within a few seconds you could see the dirt, mildew and stains just running down the siding! For the really stubborn spots, hubby did use a soft-sponge to scrub them a little bit and the product took that dirt and mildew right off too!

Once hubby was done scrubbing down the areas that needed a little more “elbow grease” he got out our water hose which has excellent strong water pressure. He methodically sprayed water from top to bottom and right to left on our aluminum siding and the cleaning product rinsed completely clean. There was no residue and no streaking at all.
In my photos I hope you can see the areas that he cleaned (towards the right in the photo) and the areas that still needed to be cleaned (towards the left in the photo). In addition, there was NO stinky chemical smells while we were using this product at all, nor did we wear any gloves on our hands! We did not have any irritations at all while using this fabulous cleaning product! Wow, look at the difference shown in that photo!!! Fantastic!
We got the entire front and both sides of our house siding cleaned in under 4 hours! Next weekend we are going to use the product again and do the back side of the house along with all of the shutters. This is the BEST cleaning product that I have used in a very long time! I can NOT stress enough to all of you how fabulous this product is! We will NEVER be without it! If you are looking for some non-toxic cleaning products, this one is your answer! Plus, a little bit goes a very long way (concentrated formula) so it’s very affordable!
