I love making homemade fudge and probably make a batch of fudge about once a month. I do change up the fudge flavors when I make it so that we never get bored with the same old fudge every time.
Homemade Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe
2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 can evaporated milk
1 cup marshmallow creme
1 cup creamy peanut butter
In a large saucepan combine together the granulated sugar with the milk and bring it to a low boil. Simmer at a low boil until it comes to a soft ball stage. Stir in the marshmallow creme and the peanut butter. Simmer for one additional minute. Remove from heat and pour into a buttered 8″ by 8″ square glass baking dish. Let cool so that it firms up. Once firm, cut it into bite-sized squares and store them in an airtight container.
