Homemade Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

I love a good rich and creamy fudge and this recipe is…exactly that! It is really easy to prepare and sets up nicely once done. A great recipe for home treats or to whip up for your kid’s bake sales at school or church.

Homemade Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

3 cups granulated sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. butter, softened
3/4 to 1 cup creamy peanut butter

In a large saucepan combine together the granulated sugar, cocoa powder and milk. Bring mixture up to a boil, stirring constantly. Once it has reached the boiling stage, boil for exactly three minutes. Remove from heat.

Stir in the vanilla extract, softened butter and the creamy peanut butter until they are melted and well combined with the other ingredients. Lightly butter a baking dish and pour the fudge quickly into the dish. Let cool. Once firm cut into squares. Store your squares in an airtight container.
