Our topic of conversation today revolves around something that is very personal to most people. Today, we would like to know if you have ever visited a psychic? If so, was it a one time thing or do you regularly visit one particular psychic?
Personally, I do not visit psychics because I do not believe in them or their so-called abilities. With that said, I do have a very close friend of mine who regularly visits her psychic and gets psychic readings on almost a weekly basis.
My friend Kathy was telling me that her psychic advises her on love, relationships, money and even on workplace/career issues. She has been seeing this particular psychic for the past 4 years and tells me that she gives her great advice and insight to the problems and/or issues that she faces. She highly believes in psychics and their abilities.
Just last week she went to see the psychic and spent 45 minutes with her. Kathy was up for a job promotion and just completed a rigorous exam test and interview for the job. Well, this stress was driving her bonkers as 7 other people were up for the same job promotions. Her psychic told her to relax because the job was hers and that she would get the fantastic news on Friday. Well, that all came true last week! I was certainly impressed when Kathy relayed that information to me.
Like I said, I am very skeptical of psychics and their abilities but my friend Kathy swears by them. Have any of you visited a psychic before and what do you think of them?

I have never visited a psychic but my DOG has! I entered for a dog training book on a blog when I first adopted Odin and one of the things that went with it was a psychic reading. I thought nothing of it and wasnt super interested but set it up & sent her a picture of my dog via email.
Now the woman was completely serious about her work, but I was busting up the whole time. Not knowing how to go about it, my first question was should I put Odin on the phone. That was a valid question (I thought) since the reading was about him not me. That also caused my husband to laugh for about a good 20 minutes and I had to take it off of speakerphone and tell him to leave the room. BTW Odin didn’t need to be on the phone, and he laid there like his usual self the entire time.
The call was for about 30 minutes… I don’t think she said anything much that the normal person couldnt figure out and she was off base on the majority of things. She was super nice and I found out later she was not only very famous but also very pricey and had a lucrative business in another state kinda known for these things. Maybe she didn’t know Iowa dogs 🙂
Anyway, that is our only experience with psychics!
I think some are really blessed with an ability like that. Though these days there are lots of fakes. Have you ever watched Long Island Medium on TLC? I love that show. She is the only Physic who I know is real. I have never visited a physic before though 🙂
Like I said, I have never visited one. Kathy is a firm believer in the one particular one that she uses. I agree with you, there are many fakes out there and those fakes give the real ones a bad name.
I watched the Long Island Medium on TLC once…I should watch it again as Kathy raves and raves about that show.
If I could go to see a Psychic I think I would consult them on my chronic health problems 🙂
