Back in the 1980s and throughout most of the 1990’s I worked in the healthcare field, matter of fact, I was an OR nurse and loved my job very much.
As a nurse I was on my feet for 10 to 12 hours a day, 5 days a week and leg and foot pain was something I often struggled with. A friend of mine who worked out on the Med/Surg floor told me one day about Dansko shoes and how they were comfortable for her to wear all day long.
A few days later I went out shopping and found a store that carried the Dansko line of footwear and purchased myself 2 pairs of their white clogs to wear for work. After wearing the Dansko clogs for 1 week, I was totally hooked on this brand of footwear, forever!
Seriously people, my foot pain and leg cramps disappeared and my legs felt good again! I could stand all day long and my legs never got tired! The Dansko line of footwear is the one I recommend to all of my healthcare professional friends!
I left the healthcare field in the late 1990’s and guess what? I didn’t give up my love for Dansko shoes! Nope, I didn’t give them up! Over the years I have purchased many pairs of their shoes and to this day, they are my preferred brand when it comes to clogs! (trust me, I am a clog addict!).
I have their clogs in all kinds of colors ranging from white, black, baby pink, blue and chocolate brown to name a few! These days you can find them in a wide variety of styles and in a slew of different colors!
