I am always looking for new ways to get out of the chair that I find my bootay planted in all day long. I love reviewing the exercise DVD’s because they come in so many different levels of engagement that I don’t feel like a loser if I cannot complete one. Today I am reviewing a fitness DVD that I can really get into.

As a novice to this kind of thing, I really look for easy to maneuver poses and exercises that relax me and that are easy to follow. I am a klutz because I really hate to exercise for the most part. I do not want to be yelled at and I want a pace I can deal with. This DVD is great for that.
Coach Nicole is easy to follow and the pace is not breakneck. The warmup reminds me of the Jazzercise I used to do so once I saw that I knew that I would be able to handle this workout. I was actually excited! I thought, hey I used to do that! The pace was do able and she talks you through each move before the next move actually happens. They are 2 other ladies there as well and they often show more advanced options so you can always expand on your work out with this DVD.
The entire DVD is a great workout. You can choose to go through the 28 Day Boot Camp or to do regular routines that she takes you through. I really enjoyed this DVD and the options she gives for a great workout. I also like that there is a bonus available too. Also included: Select recipes from The SparkPeople Cookbook and access to FREE meal plans and SparkPeople’s online boot camp club! Very cool!
If you are a beginner like me, this is a perfect DVD for you. If you are middle to advanced in your exercise routines, this will also give you a nice cardio and strength workout. It is right for all levels!
