When it comes to food…one of my favorite type of foods to eat happens to be fresh organic fruit! I could eat fruit 3 meals a day and for snacks too! I like to eat it raw or I will cook and bake with it too. It seems like I never have enough fruit in our home as we go through it pretty quickly since we are a big fruit eating family.
During the spring, summer and fall months I like to head to our local farmer’s market and local orchards and buy my fruits in bulk. I then freeze them or home can them so that we can enjoy them throughout the winter season.
Today I would like to know what your favorite fruit is? Personally, I love eating plums, peaches and nectarines. My hubby though is a big cherry, blueberry and grape eater.

My favorite fruit is cherries – any type. I’m sorry that it is hard to find tart cherries in water in cans which I love for baking.
