Last week I told you all about my sister who is moving out to Texas to start a new job. She is really excited about this change in career and since taking the job she has flown back and forth for the past month.
Anyway, she was talking to my husband last night and telling him about the company she will be managing and how the building needs a new roof. This is one of hubby’s areas of expertise so he got online to help her find the best Cedar Park commercial roofing company.
In about 15 minutes worth of time and searching he found her a company that is in the Austin area who does both commercial and residential roofing. In addition, they are BBB accredited which is also very important when dealing with a roofing company.
As I previously told you, she is also out there shopping around for a house and one particular house that she likes also needs a new roof. This company that hubby found for her has several different types of commercial and residential roofing available. Now she can’t decide if she wants to go with shingles, a metal roof or a flat roof. Decisions, Decisions, Decisions!
What kind of roof do you have and what kind of roof do you prefer to have? Are they any benefits or disadvantages among those 3 different roof types? My sister wants to get the best roof that she can find for both the business and that home if she buys it. She was telling us that in the Austin and Dallas areas, they can get hit with some pretty severe storms, including tornadoes, hurricanes and tropical storms. Wowza!
