Today I am sharing with you a very easy dip recipe that can be used with freshly sliced vegetables (as a veggie dip) or use it as a potato chip dip.
Seasoned Dill Vegetable Dip Recipe
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise (we use low-fat mayo)
1 1/2 teaspoons dill seed
1 1/2 teaspoons Lawry’s seasoning salt
2 tablespoons parsley
2 teaspoons minced onions or just finely chopped them
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine together all of the above ingredients in the order they are given in the recipe, stirring after each addition. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to allow the flavors to infuse together. Serve the dip chilled with freshly sliced veggies or with potato chips.
