Omega3Water Flavored Infused Water

June 26, 2012 by Classystaff

If water is the elixir of life, why is it hard to drink sometimes? I drink a lot of water since I do not drink sodas and even I can get a bit bored with it. Sometimes it is good to mix it up a bit and enjoy other flavors in your water than the typical boring nothing. I am excited to share with you a brand new flavored water on the market that is infused with omega-3 so you can get healthier while you drink your water.

Omega3Water® combines refreshment and health optimization by introducing the country’s first flavored water infused with omega-3 nutrients. It has been chosen as one of the “Top 12 Best New Products” in the exclusive Bevnet LIVE New Beverage Showdown.

Why add omega-3? Here is what the owner and creator of this innovative water says. “Omega-3 is one of the core nutrients to a healthy lifestyle. As more people become health conscious, we start to see supplements with omega-3 (like fish oil), flying off shelves. We needed a way to incorporate more omega-3s into our daily routine,” said Dr. Ed Beja, creator of Omega3Water. The solution was an innovative new way for people to get omega-3s – from drinking water.

The health benefits of omega-3 is impressive. Check this information out from their site: Current research demonstrates that adding omega-3 nutrients to your diet can help reduce the risk of heart disease, slow down the aging process, ease stress and depression, improve memory function, and lower cholesterol and high blood pressure. Studies have also indicated that omega-3s may help in the prevention, risk and treatment of certain forms of cancer.

One bottle of the new Omega3Water really packs a punch! This water is not only rich in omega-3’s, they have also added in some other important vitamins like Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin B3, B5, B6, B12. This water is loaded with vitamins and nutrients, so much so, they call it the Natural Health Defender!

I was sent each of the flavors to sample and enjoy. They offer this powerhouse product in 2 flavors – Orange Kiwi and Bold Berry. Both of these are vegetarian-friendly, kosher-certified flavors.

Now, I know what you are thinking… Omega-3 means fish oil. So does this taste like fish oil? Let me just assure you that I hate fish.. of all kinds! I would not eat or drink anything that tastes like fish and this most certainly does not! The omegas that they use in this drink is sourced from flax seed so no fishy taste at all.

I threw a few bottles in the fridge and chilled them good. Because I live citrus, I chose the Orange Kiwi first. It has a light orange color to it and it taste like a very like orangey flavor.. almost Tangerine to me. It is light and very refreshing!

I also tried the Bold Berry. This is a light pinkish color and it has a lovely berry flavor to it. I really like this taste a lot! My hubby and son both tried the waters as well and they liked the berry the best too. So much so, that I had to limit how many they could have to make sure I got some! LOL

To enjoy the Omega3Water® the best, I have been adding the Orange Kiwi to my breakfast and the Bold Berry to my lunch or dinner meals. I really like the refreshing taste of the water and getting some well needed nutrients on the side is a great bonus. Now to get this stuff to a store near me, that would be an added bonus!

Since Omega3Water® is so new, it is still limited in areas, but you can find it online at their site to purchase if you are not currently in the NJ or NY areas. I am certain the this product will be on shelves readily available in many markets soon, so keep your eyes peeled! I know you will enjoy it too!
