Luxury Apartments in Houston

June 11, 2012 by Shelly

Last week I told you all about my sister who is planning a move to Texas and things are going smoothly with her upcoming move. With that said, my cousin Karen now wants to move back to Texas too, but to a different city than my sister Krystal. Both girls are really excited about going to Texas and are happy that they will have each other once they get there.

The good thing about this is that my cousin Karen previously lived in the Houston area for a few years before moving back to Pennsylvania last year. Once she lost her job out there, she had to come back here to get back onto her feet again. Now that the economy is improving again, she wants to go back out west so she can be close to her friends again.

Krystal told Karen that she can find Houston luxury apartments online and that currently there are several different properties to choose from. I know that she told me that she is looking for a 2 bedroom garden-style apartment with a large kitchen, dinning room, 1 1/2 baths and she wants a lot of walk-in closet space. Personally though, I am hoping she goes with a 3 bedroom apartment with a large in-ground swimming pool so that we can go to visit her and have a place to stay.

Big changes are happening for several members in our family and while I am happy for both girls, I am a little sad because I won’t be able to see them as often. On the other hand, it will give us a great excuse to travel out to Texas for family vacations every year too!

Do any of you live in the Houston Texas area and if so, how do you like it? What kind of fun things are there to see and do in the Houston area? I think it’s time I start planning for an upcoming Texas vacation so I would love to hear your thoughts on it.
