I have a great question for all of our blog readers today and it is… “Have you ever wanted to be an Actor or an Actress?” I have personally never wanted to be one but I have a 15 year old nephew who is interested in becoming an actor. Right now he has been acting in school plays and is very active in that.
I was doing some research online and found an audition website that his mom can check out which has some really great acting audition tips on it. I emailed the site and link to my sister-in-law as I want her to take him more seriously that this is what he wants to do.
Hubby and I went to see his school play two weeks ago and my nephew C did do a fabulous job acting in it. He had the male lead role and was really proud of the job that he did. Right now he is rehearsing for their next school play which starts sometime in July. I believe he told me that it’s “Fiddler on the Roof”.
Did any of you do any acting in school or in college? If so, did you like it? Do you have any acting tips that I can pass along to my nephew?
For those of you who like seeing various plays and Broadway Shows, do you have any favorites that you like to see? Hubby and I are planning another trip up to New York City for October and are hoping to catch a few shows while we are there.
