With Summer just around the corner it’s time to start thinking about the beach, barbeques, pool parties, and of course refreshing drinks and snacks to keep you cool all summer long!
Today we are sharing with all of you a great delicious recipe from the folks over at Omega Juicers. I don’t know about all of you…but we love fruit smoothies here in our home! This recipe makes 2 servings.
Peach Mango Banana Smoothie Recipe
1 cup of Low fat Milk
6 oz. Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 cup Fresh or Frozen Mango Chunks (sliced, peeled, and pit removed)
1 cup Fresh or Frozen Peaches (sliced, peeled, and pit removed)
1 Banana, fresh (peeled)
Add milk, yogurt to the Omega Blender. Add fruit and blend to desired consistency. Serve immediately in tall glasses and enjoy!
