Our almost Wordless Wednesday post is a photo I took on Monday while hubby and I were visiting the Nature Conservatory down in Cape May, New Jersey. We took a beautiful nature walk along the marsh and beach/ocean and saw a few duck families, cranes and of course this beautiful mommy swan with her 3 baby swans. They were gorgeous!
Mommy swan didn’t like us getting too close and actually hissed at my hubby as she was very protective of her 3 new babies. Sorry my picture wasn’t brighter but it was sunset time and I wanted a shot of them before it got too dark.
Do any of you vacation at the Jersey Shore? Hubby and I are down in North Wildwood – Stone Harbor this week and having a fabulous time. That’s such a cute picture…my boyfriend and I often walk to a duck pond in our neighborhood and I find it so soothing to watch the ducks and geese play and wander around
