I love bird watching and I love having bird houses, feeders and bird baths throughout my backyard, so I was super excited about doing this review for all of you. If you are looking for some birding tips, you can also find those at The Birdhouse Chick too!
My Review: I was sent the Hanging Bird Feeder & Mini Bird Bath to review for all of you. This birding product can be used as a bird feeder or as a bird bath, your choice! It is available in 6 different gorgeous designs and only costs $29.00 which makes it a super affordable gift (for yourself or for someone else).
The bird feed/bird bath is made up copper-tone metal with a sculptural glass dish. The feeder is accented with a beautiful stained glass yellow tulip and a stained glass dragonfly. I love how bright and colorful they are! Unlike most of my other birdhouses, I feel that this one is very feminine looking and I like that!
I also appreciate the size of this piece because I love hanging them on wrought iron shepard’s hooks in my garden. It measures 12″ tall x 7.5″ wide so it’s perfect for shepard’s hooks or hang them from your favorite tree.
When the sun hits your new bird feeder/bird bath, it just dances and glows off the glass bowl and the stained glass accents, totally beautiful to look at. It all comes very nicely packaged in a box along with a personalized note, which I think gives this a really nice personal touch. (perfect for gift-giving).
You can fill it up with whatever bird treats that you would like: seed mixes, nuggets, shelled peanuts, fruit, meal-worms, suet’s, etc. If you want to use it as a mini bird bath or water station, simply fill the glass bowl with water instead of bird food. Very versatile piece!
I have been enjoying my new stained glass bird feeder/bird bath for the past 3 1/2 weeks and I absolutely love it! My neighbors have complimented me on it and have been jealous that I have it. I love that my neighborhood birds have been enjoying their new bird feed station. I give it 10 stars out of 10 stars!!!
