I have been doing research on spa covers and especially light weight spa covers because I am looking into buying a spa for my back yard. While I was researching, I was reading a lot of material on the foam style covers. I was not too excited about the things I was learning.
Did you know that the foam covers get saturated from the steam and the water from the spa as well as rain water and such? What happens then is they get so heavy, they are hard to lift.
