Even though I am blessed with great skin, I still have issues from time to time as do many women, I suspect. My skin is has been a tad of the dry side since I became an adult. I love the sun, so I spent many hours baking and have the wrinkles to prove it. I have been wearing moisturizer since I was 21 to offset the issues so trust me when I say I have used many products on my face. What is great is that of these many products are awesome products and I love what they do for my skin.
I was able to try out two nice anti aging dry skin care products from a company called Prodigy Skincare. Their physician formula products work on dryness and discoloration of facial skin as well as anti aging issues. Their specific formulas use botanical extracts bring advanced moisturizing properties to a wonderful eye cream and face gel.
The Prodigy Advanced Moisturizing Firming Eye Cream is Fragrance Free and works to reduce puffiness and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. When I first applied this product, I was intrigued that this was not a gel. I so much prefer the cream as sometimes gels can feel a bit sticky. I had not slept very good and my eyes were sooo puffy, even on the top lid they were swollen and sore. When I applied this cream, they felt so relaxed and just so good. And a little goes a long way! I love that it worked on my crows feet really nicely. They were barely visible after applying the cream. This is an excellent product.
The other product I tried is the Prodigy Advanced Moisturizing Soothing Gel. This gel works to bind moisture to the skin for a more supple complexion. It is also formulated to instantly soothe irritated skin and provides needed hydration. This too is fragrance free which is nice. This product is amazing. I was really not sure what to expect with it being a gel. All of the other gels that I have used on my face were good, but most gels I have used were for treatments, not a moisturizer. I never would have expected that a gel such as this one would feel so fantastic and do such amazing things for my skin.
When I applied it, it felt more like a cream. It absorbed very quickly and smoothly. I think what has impressed me the most about this particular product is that it lasted on my face for a long time. I am working on 14 hours right now and my skin feels as great as it did this morning when I put it on. A nice reduction in wrinkles No greasy feeling, just soft supple skin that is touchable. I really like that feeling and I really like how my skin feels and looks with this product on. Definitely loving this soothing gel!
