You all know I do a lot of beauty reviews for you here on the TwoClassyChics blog and one of the things we really don’t talk a lot about is the fact that water is the best hydrator for your body and skin. You want to lessen your wrinkles, grab the water! 4 years ago, I used to be a Diet Coke-a-holic. That was all I drank, well, maybe some water here and there, but nothing tasted or felt better than that ice cold coke as the burn and the bubbles went down. Then something funny happened. I watched someone demonstrate how chemicals and fake sugars weaken your systems and body and from that moment on, I went cold turkey. Water and plain Ice Tea only.
Yes, it was tough to detox and I have many stories of what happened when I would drink or eat something with hidden sugars in items. But I stayed true to my water. I was sent some of this awesome water to sample and it is one of the purest waters I have ever tasted. There is really no taste, which is nice compared to the water I get out of my filters. This is so clean and fresh, I love it ice cold and I can slam a bottle in a flash! I definitely have to check out the grocery stores to see if it is available in the boondocks… I love the fresh taste!
