This time around we did our homework and asked our friends and family for recommendations on a good real estate agency and agent. We finally found the perfect agent to handle our needs and after a few weeks of looking for the perfect home, we bought one! This agent really catered to our needs and found us our dream home! Yeah!
The day we moved into our new home our real estate agent came over with a nice housewarming gift basket and brought us a catered dinner. We thought that was super nice of her and to this day, we recommend her to all of our friends and family too!
Finding the perfect real estate agent is crucial to your home buying success! You want to ask people you know for referrals and check them all out before you make your choice. A good agent will be patient with you and not try to sell you a home that has a slew of problems to just unload it from the marketplace.
