Honey Bunches of Oats Cereal comes in a wide variety of flavors: Honey Roasted, Almonds, Strawberries, Raisin Medley, Vanilla Bunches, Pecan Bunches, Cinnamon Bunches, Fruit Blends – Banana Blueberry, Fruit Blends – Peach Raspberry and Just Bunches Honey Roasted. There is definitely a flavor for every member of your household!
Honey Bunches of Oats is one of America’s favorite cereals and I can totally see why! In each box you will find a wonderful blend of 4 nutritious grains (wheat, oat, corn and rice) and there is no high fructose corn syrup in their cereal. Their cereal tastes so good that you will forget that it’s good for you too! Each serving contains 10 grams of whole grain, 6 grams of sugar and 0 grams of Trans fat.
We had never tried any of the Honey Bunches of Oats Cereal until I received a box to review. The very next day my husband and I started having a bowl full every morning with our juice for breakfast and after just one bowl, we were super impressed! Each bowl had crispy flakes (not soggy ones), crunchy oat clusters and you could taste just a sweetened hint of honey in each and every bite. I love that with each bowl of cereal that we have we are getting 9 essential vitamins and minerals with 10 grams of whole grain!
Wow, cereal that tastes great and is good for us too! This is a heart healthy cereal and diets low in saturated fat & cholesterol may reduce the risk of heart disease and since heart problems run very high in my hubby’s family, this cereal is now on my weekly grocery shopping list! To keep things interesting at breakfast time, we will be rotating around the various flavors of cereal that Honey Bunches of Oats has to offer.
