Frozen Sparkling Kiwi “Bellini” Cocktail by Voga Italia

With Memorial Day just around the corner it’s time to start thinking about the beach, barbeques, pool parties, and of course refreshing drinks and snacks to keep you cool all summer long!

Frozen Sparkling Kiwi “Bellini” Cocktail Recipe

1 Bottle of VOGA Italia Sparkling Wine
6 Kiwis, peeled and sliced
Juice from 3 Limes
Mint leaves, 2 branches
Ice cubes, 5-6

Mix together half of the Sparkling Wine, kiwis, half of the mint leaves, lime juice, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend it well, until smooth. Then pour it into chilled glasses. Top each glass with remaining half of the Sparkling wine.  Mix gently and garnish with mint leaves.  Enjoy Responsibly! This recipe makes 6 servings!
