Whitney Farms: Continue to Feed, Nurture and Enhance Your Love of Gardening

April 25, 2012 by Classystaff

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Whitney Farms for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

For the past 2 weeks hubby and I have been busy starting our vegetable garden and we plan on going all organic since it is healthier for us and our family. We have been doing some research on organic soil and organic plant food online and found a lot of great information.

We found a company called Whitney Farms® who sells all organic soil and all organic plant food. This company does not put anything artificial in their soil or plant food products. Whitney Farms has been in the gardening business for 25+ years and they know their stuff! They have a really cool web site that I found to be very educational on various gardening topics.

Last year we tried a different brand of plant food and let me tell you, it didn’t do well. Our plants were okay but were not up to snuff. This year we are going to correct that by using organic plant food so that our plants grow to their fullest potential. We are planting 3 different types of tomatoes so hopefully we will have a good crop of them this year so I can make and can my famous homemade spaghetti sauce.

We figure we have nothing to loose trying out the Whitney Farms products and right now they have a $3.00 off coupon right on their site. I love it when I can find coupons for gardening products that I need right online.

Have any of you ever tried the Whitney Farms gardening products? If so, what did you think of them? Are any of you planting any flower or vegetable gardens this year? If so, what are planting? Please feel free to tell us all about your gardening plans by leaving a comment for us here on our blog.
