Here in our home we love salads and every couple of days I like to make up a new big bowl full of salad for my family to enjoy. We will eat salads as a main meal, as a side dish or even for a snack.
I rarely purchase bottled dressings and primarily make my own dressings from scratch. With that said, I am looking for some new salad ideas and some new dressing recipes and would love to hear some ideas from all of you.
The photo above is of a salad I made a few days ago that has iceberg lettuce, organic tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, onions, hardboiled egg slices, chick peas, minced garlic, radish and grated Romano cheese on top. My family tore it up in just two days!
