Today I am doing a book review for all of you on the softcover book titled “My Knight in Shining Armor is Coming… He’s Just Stuck in Traffic” by author Lindsley Lowell. The book’s ISBN is: 9781469995632.
Synopsis: Single women are constantly asking themselves, “Why and I still single?” The purpose of this book is to answer this question and inspire single women to have the self-esteem, courage, conviction and guts to believe that true love is still out there for them and not to settle. Do not settle. Do not let others put you down. Do not think you are crazy. Do not throw in the towel and start crocheting outfits for your cat. There IS hope. Book Review: I am a 26 yr. old woman and mom to one little girl in a 5 year relationship with my boyfriend. Our road has been long and tough, and so far I haven’t been able to get him to commit to something long term. I was excited to read this book when my mother gave it to me. It took me about 11 days to read it cover to cover and I found it to be an easy read that flows really well. The book is broken down into 19 chapters and starts out with chapter one called “Men” and finishes up with chapter 19 called “Princess Lindsley.”
One of my favorite chapters in the book is called “First Love – And Last? which really applied to me since I am currently in a relationship with my first love and found humor and great insight in this chapter by the author.
I have read the book cover to cover and I am going to read it again and this time around really take my time reading it so I can digest the information, learn from it and apply it to my own life. I think the book is great and even young single or semi-single women like myself will enjoy it.
