I remember the first time I had brittle. I was a little child and around the Christmas Holidays people would come to the door selling delicious peanut brittle. My dad loved it so we always bought a box and it was delicious! Fast forward to today, I still love brittle and I am excited to bring you a company that focuses on delectable brittles of all kinds.
Mrs. Peacocks Brittle is a company that makes all of their products from natural ingredients that use no preservatives or artificial flavors. Each product is made from seven ingredients and is hand poured to retain a delicious crunchy and bubbly texture. They have a wonderful new brittle out and I was excited to be able to check it out. I was sent some of the Pistachio Brittle to review and I couldn’t wait to get it.
Packed in a nice zip open bag, the brittle is inside another plastic bag to preserve freshness. The brittle is loaded with pistachios and broken into bite sized pieces. The brittle is firm and clear and the taste is wonderful! MMmm The Pistachio has become their second highest selling brittle, quickly outpacing the almond brittle and I can see why. Yum!
Mrs. Peacock’s has many other flavors of brittle that they produce. Delicious Almond, Peanut and even a Ghost Pepper Peanut Brittle. Like I said, I love brittle and this one is a right up there in wonderful flavor. I love that they do not skimp on the amount of nuts that they put in this product and the quality of the brittle is so pure. If you are a brittle lover, you have to give this one a try.
