My Review: I received a beautiful candle in the English Garden scent to review for all of you. This scented candle comes in a beautiful floral print gift box with a ribbon bow. The candle weighs 7.8 oz. so it’s a really nice size and will burn for 40-60 hours.
I would describe the scent as being a light floral that reminds me of walking through a rose garden. It’s not a heavy scent and it’s not over-powering at all. The candle is a single-wick candle and comes in a beautiful heavy-weight glass candle container that has a white rose pattern printed all over it.
I am not a huge floral scent person but do enjoy floral scents from time to time if they are light and airy…this one is definitely that. I lit the candle a few evenings ago and have it sitting on our dinning room table. It’s a great scent for bedrooms, living rooms, dinning rooms or even a powder room.
The candle burned cleanly and evenly for me. It didn’t sputter or get too sooty for me at all. Within a few minutes of burning the candle you could smell the light rose scent going through our dinning room which was really nice while we were having dinner. The next day I decided to burn it in our master bathroom while I took a bubble bath and it was great in there too!
It comes beautifully packaged and would make a great gift for anyone on your gift-giving list who loves candles and light floral scents. Great for Mother’s Day gifts, End of the Year Teacher’s gifts, Birthday gifts, Holiday gifts, etc. Just place the gift-boxed candle in a gift bag and you are ready to go!
