I heard that the Serenbe area is a really nice and beautiful area to live in. The “Green” Home Giveaway opens for entries beginning Thursday, April 12, at 9 a.m. ET. The giveaway, which runs through Friday, June 1, at 5 p.m. ET, will award one lucky, randomly-selected winner with the fully furnished 2,300-square-foot home plus $100,000 and a 2012 GMC® Terrain®.

Fans may enter the giveaway once per day on HGTV.com as well as once per day on HGTVRemodels.com. They may enter as often as they wish by regular mail during the giveaway entry period.
