Getting Outside and Enjoying the Springtime Weather
For the past few months I have been under a lot of stress. I have been sick dealing with kidney stones and on top of that, issues with our neighbors making EXCESSIVE noise from 10pm to 7am, EVERY NIGHT OF THE WEEK! Seriously, this has been going on for 6 months, EVERY NIGHT.
Anyway, we are having some beautiful weather today here in Pennsylvania so I decided to go out this afternoon for a 2 mile walk in our local park with my mommy walking group.
The weather today is sunshine and in the lower 70’s, just gorgeous! Nice enough to wear shorts and a tee, but not too hot that you can’t breathe.
While we were out for our walk today we found some ducks by the lake and gave them some food. The ducks loved the food but more importantly, we loved watching the ducks come up and get personal with us. They are super friendly ducks!
We had a great time checking out all of the blooming springtime flowers along the walking paths. Usually our flowers bloom towards late April but this year we have had mild weather, so flowers started blooming 2 weeks ago.
I love being outside during the seasonal springtime months and let me tell you, it’s a great “stress” reducer to go outside for some fresh air and some exercise.
Are your flowers blooming where you are? Do you plant a flower garden? Do you have a favorite springtime flower? I love daffodils and tulips, so I have been enjoying our early bloomers this year.
