Every year I look forward to spring and summer so that I can dump my heavy winter pajamas for something lighter and more feminine. Today, I get to introduce you to the company called The Pajama Shoppe who sells women’s and men’s pajamas, all at very affordable prices!
When you shop at The Pajama Shoppe you will find beautiful women’s teddies, baby doll pajamas, bras and panties, bridal peignoir sets, bustiers and corsets, camisole sets, chemises, short nightgowns, night gowns, night shirts and of course pajamas. In the men’s department you will find boxer shorts, men’s bikinis, lounge pants, men’s pajamas, robes, kimonos, t-shirts, tanks and pajama shorts.
My Review: The great folks over at The Pajama Shopped sent me 2 sets of pajamas to review for all of you. These 2 sets of pajamas are absolutely perfect for spring and summer due to their lighter-weight fabrication. First up is the Stretch Cotton Snow Leopard Gathered Pajama Set by Bedhead. If you like light-weight cotton pajamas that breath and move with you, this set would make an excellent choice. The fabrication is 95% cotton/5% lycra so it does stretch, breathe and move with you. It comes in sizes small through x-large.
The pajama top has long bell-styled sleeves which I absolutely love! The top features a v-neckline with some gathering at the bust area which is super figure-flattering. I love how this pajama top fits and it just flows over your body very nicely. The pajama pants have an elastic waist and are cut very nicely through the rise, hips, butt and thighs. They have a nice long inseam to them so if you are average height or tall, they should fit you perfectly. If you are petite, you would need to hem them.
I love the fit and the fabrication of the snow leopard pajamas and guess what? They are machine washable! This pajama set makes a great everyday pajama set that you can wear all year long. Priced at only $124.00 makes them a great gift!
The Floral Print Chiffon Camisole & Pants Pajama Set is absolutely beautiful! I love the all-over, very feminine print to this pajama set! The set comes in a lilac print on white or in a jade color print. I received the beautiful lilac print which is perfect for spring and summer. Chiffon is a light-weight and semi-sheer fabrication so I would suggest these set on those hot steamy summer nights when you want to look sexy but yet…stay cool. It comes in sizes small through 3X.
The camisole top features adjustable spaghetti straps, shaped bust cups with a rhinestone embellishment between the two cups. I love the fluttering ruffle that runs down the front of the camisole…a beautiful touch to such a pretty top! The pajama pants match the camisole and feature an elastic waist. These pajama pants are what I would call semi-fitted, especially through the rise, hips and butt area, and then flows nicely down the legs. I think this set is very figure flattering for those of us who carry a little extra weight at our tummy areas because the fluttering ruffle will clearly hide any mommy bulges in that area!
Just like the first set, I love the fit and fabrication of the floral print chiffon camisole and pajama pants. They are machine washable but I would wash them on the gentle cycle since they are chiffon. Priced at only $42.00 for the set, you could purchase yourself a set and then pick up an additional set for a gift!
